You can register online or manually according to the process described below.

Receipt will be automatically issued upon record of your registration. Please do not repeat the registration unless you did not receive any e-mail for confirmation.

With
(a) Cover welcome reception, scientific sessions, electronic proceedings, abstracts book, lunches and refreshments. One full registration included in the exhibitor package.
(b) Include one-year IOA membership
(c) Valid student ID is required for student registration
(d) Number of registrations is limited
(e) Description. Minimum of 25 registrations is required per visit. Passport copy has to be provided before the technical tours. On site visit authorization conditioned by the strict application of security rules into force. Opened to guests.
AUTHOR REGISTRATION
At least one author of each selected paper and poster must register and attend the Conference. Any speaker will be allowed to make a maximum of two presentations.

GROUP REGISTRATION
5 or more registrations per organisation will provide 10% discount on the fees for “Full registration”. Contact the Conference Secretariat, e-mail ioa@esip.univ-poitiers.fr.
CANCELLATION POLICY
50 % refund will be provided if notified by 31 October 2024 and no refund will be provided after. Notification of cancellation must be received by the Congress Secretariat in writing.
Each cultural or technical tour can be cancelled if the number of registrations required is not met. Full refund will then be provided.
