SUBMISSIONS OF ABSTRACT BY 1st FEBRUARY 2027

 

FOR ORAL OR POSTER PRESENTATION

Authors are kindly invited to propose an extended abstract in English of two to four pages (with tables and figures) related to contribution on any of the topics of the Congress.  The Programme Committee will notify authors about the acceptance of their proposals for oral or poster presentation before 15 February 2027. Any speaker will be allowed to make a maximum of two presentations.

 

FOR WORKSHOP PROPOSAL

Workshops aim to transfer knowledge through intensive interaction with the audience. Prospective organisers should submit their proposals according to the abstract submission system.

 

ABSTRACTS MUST BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY BY 1st FEBRUARY

Authors are invited to login first HERE, and then to submit their Abstract following the instructions.
An acknowledgement of receipt of your submission with ID number will be sent to your e-mail address after the completed submission of each abstract. If you do not receive any confirmation, your submission was probably incomplete and needs to be re-submitted.
If you encounter any problem during the paper submission process, please contact the IOA office.
At least one author should register by 7 October.

 

EDITORIAL GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

  • The abstract should be submitted as a Word file.

  • The abstract language is English.
  • The abstract length should be two to four A4 pages.
  • The abstract for oral or poster presentation must include title, authors’names and addresses, keywords, and the paragraphs introduction, methods, results with main table or figure, conclusions and key-literature.
  • The text and the title must be free from abbreviations, except those commonly used.
  • The title of the abstract must be free of trademarks.
  • For authors’name, please enter the Initial of the first name, followed by the LAST NAME in CAPITALS, for each author.
  • There should be no more than 8 authors.

 

AFTER ABSTRACT REVIEW BY THE PROGRAMME COMMITTEE

All authors who have submitted Abstracts for insertion in the Congress programme will receive notification of acceptance for oral or poster presentation by e-mail.

FULL PAPER / PRESENTATION

For any presentation, full-text Paper written according to guidelines as word file or powerpoint presentation prepared according to the template must be submitted online or by e-mail before 3 May 2027.
Instructions on how to prepare your Papers for insertion in the Conference proceedings and the form Confirmation and Agreement for Publication will be available under Informations for Authors.

AUTHOR REGISTRATION

At least one author should register by 3 May 2027.
