The registration fees are listed in this page.
You will be able to attend the Congress in person or virtually.
You will be able to register online or manually according to the process described below.

Receipt will be automatically issued upon record of your registration. Please do not repeat the registration unless you did not receive any e-mail for confirmation.

With
(a) Cover scientific sessions, electronic proceedings, abstracts book, lunches and refreshments. One full registration included in the exhibitor package.
(b) Include one-year IOA membership
(c) Valid student ID is required for student registration
(d) Cover welcome reception, opening session and lunches
(e) Number of registrations is limited
(f) Description. Minimum of 25 registrations is required per visit. Passport copy has to be provided before the technical tours. On site visit authorization conditioned by the strict application of security rules into force. Opened to guests.
(g) Original guided 1/2 day tour. Minimum of 20 registrations is required per visit. Opened to guests
At least one author of each selected paper and poster must register and attend the Congress. Any speaker will be allowed to make a maximum of two presentations.

5 or more registrations per organisation will provide 10% discount on the fees for “Full registration”. Contact the Congress Secretariat, e-mail ioa@esip.univ-poitiers.fr.
50 % refund will be provided if notified by 1st June 2023 and no refund will be provided after. Notification of cancellation must be received by the Congress Secretariat in writing.
Each cultural or technical tour can be cancelled if the number of registrations required is not met. Full refund will then be provided.
